Agriculture value chain
Building a sustainable and commercially competitive egg-production business in Rwanda through modern poultry management, quality nutrition, biosecurity and responsible agricultural investment.
Investment Opportunities Contact Our TeamACMF LTD is developing a commercial layer poultry enterprise based in Bumbogo Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City, Rwanda. The business aims to supply fresh, quality table eggs to households, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, institutions and other bulk buyers.
Our production approach combines improved layer breeds, carefully managed poultry housing, balanced feeding, veterinary supervision, reliable water supply and systematic egg collection and handling.
ACMF also plans to strengthen the integration between poultry production and crop farming by developing maize and soybean production as part of its animal-feed supply strategy.
ACMF intends to establish an efficient production system that connects poultry management, feed supply, egg handling and distribution.
Commercial laying hens managed under appropriate housing, lighting, feeding, vaccination and animal-welfare practices.
Development of maize and soybean production to support the availability of quality poultry-feed ingredients.
Daily egg collection, sorting, quality control, packaging and distribution to targeted customers.
ACMF's strategic plan targets a gradual increase in laying-hen capacity, supported by investment in poultry houses, equipment, feed systems, working capital and market development.

Reliable clean-water storage and distribution, with appropriate drinkers and routine water-quality monitoring.
Feed storage, feeders and distribution systems designed to minimize feed wastage and maintain consistent nutrition.
Collection, inspection, grading, packaging and storage procedures to protect egg quality and reduce breakage.
Veterinary supervision, vaccination schedules, flock monitoring and timely response to health problems.
